Orange phone nightmares
My phone’s little-magic-clicky-button has stopped clicking, thus no turning on or off, no menus etc etc. I rang Orange and a very nice young lady uin Sunderland talked me through proving there is a fault. First thing, press and hold little clicky button and see if phone turns off. No. Ok, next thing, take out the battery, and then turn the phone on again, to see if there is a sooftware fault.
The thing is, the magic-clicky-button also turns the phone on! So now I have a phone, which they very politly informed me “definatly has a faukt”, and they’ll pick iit up tomorrow. Luckly they have a landline on rcord for me, otherwsie this would have been (more) farsical.
